DCPM-1 Overview::
The ESD (Electronic Security Devices) DCPM-1 is a highly versatile 24VAC to 12VDC power converter module. It can be used to power DC Board Cameras, Miniature fiber optic transmitters or with Access control products such as door readers and REX'S. To power the unit, you simply apply 10 - 28V AC or DC power to the input and you get 9-18VDC-1AMP output (see choosing your input - page 2).
A typical CCTV application could have our PDA-8ET4 powering 7 24VAC security cameras and then a wire run to a covert board camera powered by our ESD DCPM-1. An access control application would be where you have 24VDC lock power and you use a DCPM-1 to power a REX and/or door reader from the 24VDC source.
