Our Shopping Cart:
If when you place an order you notice any discrepancies in the look of our shopping cart compared to our main site DO NOT WORRY.
Our shopping cart is hosted by YAHOO and it is encrypted with a 128bit secure lock. Your information is still safe and whenever you place an order through our site it will only be seen by us for processing and shipping your product.
Shipping:
We ship UPS unless otherwise specified, and ground delivery is Free in the Continental US!
Return Policy:
In order to keep our prices at the lowest level, many of the products you purchase through CU1.COM are drop-shipped directly from the manufacturer or other stocking houses.
Due to the fact that we must physically carry returns until they are resold, we charge a 25% Restock Fee for items returned for other reasons than defective merchandise. Defective merchandise will be covered by warranty and will be replaced with identical items.
Please call if you have questions before you order, so that you will receive the correct parts for the job. Also any defective merchandise requires prior authorization for an RMA before return.
Furthermore this policy does not limit Industrial Covert Unlimited (CU1.COM) from offering other options at our discretion.
